Damn, I'm completely leaving the IbisPaint community. There are way more drawbacks there than here. For example: 

Very long loading times for uploading drawings to the servers (once it took me a WHOLE 16 minutes). Moderation removed my drawing that didn't violate any rules, yet they don't touch my drawings that depict pools of blood.

HOWEVER! If you consider IbisPaint not as a social network, but as a drawing app, it is VERY convenient for mobile devices (which is what I use to draw) and quite easy to learn.
